04Questions

Good to know.

Carbon or ceramic — which should I choose?

Both block up to 99% of UV, resist fading and are non-metallic, so neither affects your GPS, phone or radio. Carbon gives a sophisticated matte-black look with strong heat rejection at a great price. Ceramic is the top tier — its nano-ceramic film rejects significantly more infrared heat and keeps the clearest view, ideal if you want the coolest cabin and sharpest clarity. We'll talk you through the right one for your car and budget.

What tint is legal in Victoria?

Front side windows must let through at least 35% of light, and rear windows at least 20% on most vehicles. We'll advise the legal limit for your car before fitting.

How long until I can wind the windows down?

Leave the windows up for two to three days while the film cures. A little haze or small water pockets in that time are normal and clear as it sets.

Will the tint go purple or bubble?

Not with the films we use. Cheap dyed films fade purple and bubble — our carbon and ceramic films keep their colour and stay flat, backed by a lifetime film warranty.

Does tint really reduce heat?

Yes, especially ceramic film, which rejects a large share of infrared heat. You'll feel the difference on hot Bendigo days even on clear, legal shades.
